At Aurora Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare serums, creams, or consumable products
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us through our Contact page.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
